6-Rib Pulleys

The pulleys in this section are for Mazda Miata supercharger kits. The 6-rib pulleys are designed for the MP62 based supercharger kits which use a combination of nose and crank pulleys. These kits utilize either an automatic belt tensioner, or in the case of earlier generations, a "static" 6-rib idler pulley.

4-Rib Pulleys

The 4-rib pulleys listed are for vintage BR Performance MP62 kits. Those kits utilized a longer belt and an idler pulley system mounted to the power steering pump.  The belt then drove not only the car's power steering pump and air conditioning, but also the MP62 supercharger itself. These 4-rib pulleys do have both their part and "BR Performance" engraved on their surface.  For a additional charge we can turn the face of the pulley down just enough to remove the "BR Performance."

NOTE:  All of our MP62 superchargers come pre-assembled from Magnuson with our nose mount brackets and a 65mm nose pulley installed. Magnuson seals not only the nose housing of the supercharger, but also the nut securing the nose pulley to the supercharger. Changing nose pulleys, thereby breaking the seal, may result in Magnuson denying future warranty claims should you ever need to submit for one.
