Privacy Policy

Let us be clear, we respect your privacy.  The information we collect consists of personally identifiable information which is required for us to fulfill your order or provide services to you. Information such as your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, payment details, etcetera, is requested and necessary for us to conduct business with you.  Access to such information is strictly protected within our company. Only those in our company who need your information in order to fulfill your order or service requests will have access to it.  

We will not sell, trade, rent or otherwise provide your information to third parties for the purposes of e-mail lists, telemarketers, etcetera.  

When necessary, we may share your information with our distributors.  For example, in situations where it is necessary to complete a shipment or service to you that you've requested.  We will not provide your information to our distributors solely for them to contact you with marketing or other such purposes. Except as provided for above, the personal information we collect from you will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the case of cooperating with law enforcement or other government agencies.

On very rare occasions, we may contact you in regards to products/services that you've received from us, or in regards to other products/services that may be related to those you've already received from us. Such communications would be targeted to you because of your purchase history with us.  For example, we may contact you because a supplier has issued a recall or because a defect or compatibility issue has been discovered.  

If you choose to opt-in to our mailing lists, then you may receive more frequent e-mail communications from us which would consist of a broader range of information being shared with you (ie, newsletter, promotions, etctera).
