Return
PolicyWe want you to be happy with your purchases from us.
However, we understand that sometimes a customer may need to
return an item for any number of reasons. This return policy
has been created as a guideline to help you determine if you're
eligible for a return. - Requests
for returns may only be allowed for 14 (fourteen) calendar days from
the date on which the product was invoiced.
- No
returns or exchanges for custom or special order items.
- No
returns or exchanges for items that show signs of having been
installed, modified, or used in any way unless approved by us
at the time an RGA# is issued.
- All returns must
have a RGA# as issued by us. Items returned to us without an
RGA# will not be accepted regardless if they were "signed for" by us. An item that has been "signed for" (as in a
shipment to us wherein a signature was required to deliver the
package) by us does not mean the item has been "accepted by us" for
refund, exchange, credit, etcetera. Said shipments may be
returned to you at your expense. Such shipments that are left
with us over 30 days may be considered abandoned or forfeited and may be disposed of.
- RGA#s are
good for 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date they are issued.
As such, return items shipped with an RGA# need to be
received by us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days unless other
arrangements have been made with us (ie. accounting for international
shipment, etc.)
- All returns are subject to a 25%
re-stocking fee. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Return
shipments must include all components, hardware, original packaging,
boxes, documentation, warranty cards, etcetra. All
components, packaging and documentation must be in useable condition
such that it could be re-sold as new.
- Returns
must include documentation (such as copy of original invoice), the
RGA#, and your contact information.
- There are no
refunds or credits given for shipping & handling charges.
- Customers
are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping,
insurance, fees, etcetera. In other words, all returns must
be sent prepaid as no collect shipments will be accepted.
Protect yourself and insure your package for the contents
value! We are not responsible for lost or damaged items
during return shipment. That is between you and the shipper
you use.
Note, the policy points above are
guidelines. We reserve the right to adjust or
waive any of these guidelines at our discretion and to accept or deny
any return request on
a case by case basis.
